This document explains what personal data we collect, how and where we may use it, how we protect it, who has access to it, with whom we share it and how you can correct it.
We reserve the right to update and modify this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect any changes in the way we process your personal data or any changes in legal requirements. In the event of any such changes, we will post an updated version of the Privacy Policy on our website, which is why we ask you to periodically check the content of these page.

www.100ulivi.it is the website of S.C. 100 ULIVI S.R.L. , headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 3, Str. Liviu Rebreanu, No. 48-59 registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025025441009 CUI 51596928, European unique identifier (EUID): ROONRC, email: office@100ulivi.it, hereinafter referred to as “100 ULIVI” or “We”
We process personal data in accordance with European data protection legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation -EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), applicable in all Member States of the European Union.
Personal data, as defined in European legislation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679) means:
any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
In this context, 100 ULIVI processes personal data for the following main purposes:
• To respond to your requests and questions
• To perform distance contracts and to be able to manage the customer relationship
2. What categories of personal data do we process
We collect personal data directly from you, so you have control over the type of information you provide to us.
When you place an order, you provide us with information such as: the desired product, first and last name, delivery address, telephone number, billing details, payment method, etc.
We do not collect or otherwise process sensitive data, included in the General Data Protection Regulation as special categories of personal data. We also do not wish to collect or process data from minors who have not reached the age of 16.
3. What are the purposes and grounds for processing
We need your personal data to provide you with the following services:
3.1 Orders:
• Name and Surname – we need this data to deliver the ordered products;
• E-mail – we use the e-mail address to confirm your order and to inform you about the status of the order;
• Phone number – we will contact you if there are any problems with the delivery of your products;
• Delivery address – we need this data to deliver the ordered products;
• Billing address – we need this data to issue you an invoice;
• Processing orders, including taking over, validating, shipping and invoicing them;
• Solving cancellations or problems of any kind relating to an order, the goods or services purchased;
• Returning products in accordance with legal provisions;
• Refunding the value of the products in accordance with legal provisions;
3.2. Support:
• Name and Surname – we need this data to identify you;
• E-mail – we use the e-mail address to communicate with you to resolve your issue;
• Phone number – we will contact you to expedite the resolution of a problem;
The processing of your data for these purposes is in most cases necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract between 100 ULIVI and you. Also, certain processing subsumed for these purposes is imposed by applicable legislation, including tax and accounting legislation. We base these activities on our legitimate interest in carrying out commercial activities, always taking care that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not affected.
4. How long we keep your personal data
For orders on the website www.100ulivi.it, your personal data, including those contained in the financial-accounting documents or in documents annexed to the financial-accounting documents, will be kept for 10 years in accordance with the provisions of art. 38 of Annex 1 to Order no. 2634/2015 on financial-accounting documents, issued by the Ministry of Public Finance and will not be accessed for any purpose other than the legal purpose for which they are archived. After 10 years, these data will be destroyed.
5. To whom we transmit your personal data
Where applicable, we may transmit or provide access to certain of your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
• Courier companies that ensure the shipment of ordered products.
• The online card payment processor.
• The accounting firm that processes and registers invoices.
If we are subject to a legal obligation or if it is necessary to defend a legitimate interest, we may also disclose certain personal data to public authorities.
6. To which countries we transfer your personal data
Currently, we store and process your personal data on the territory of Romania.
7. How we protect the security of your personal data
We take all measures and are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. To make payments, we use the encrypted services of a payment processor. Any information regarding payments is encrypted, using HTTPS technology.
We note that despite the measures taken to protect your personal data, the transmission of information over the Internet, in general, or through public networks, is not completely secure, there being a risk that the data will be seen and used by unauthorized third parties. We cannot be responsible for such vulnerabilities of systems that are not under our control.
8. Your rights regarding personal data
In accordance with the data protection legislation applicable in the European Union, data subjects must have the right to access data, to rectify, to erase, to restrict processing, to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Without prejudice to this right of yours to contact the supervisory authority at any time, we recommend that you contact us in advance, with the promise of making all necessary efforts to resolve any issue amicably.

Prezentul document prezinta care sunt datele cu caracter personal pe care le colectam, cum si unde le putem utiliza, cum le protejam, cine are acces la acestea, cu cine le partajam si cum le puteti corecta.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a actualiza si modifica periodic aceasta Politica de Confidentialitate, pentru a reflecta orice modificari ale modului în care prelucram datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal sau orice modificari ale cerintelor legale. În cazul oricarei astfel de modificari, vom afisa pe website-ul nostru versiunea actualizată a Politicii de Confidentialitate, motiv pentru care va rugam sa verificati periodic continutul acestei pagini.

Procesam datele cu caracter personal în conformitate cu legislatia europeana de protectie a datelor, Regulamentul general privind protectia datelor cu caracter personal -Reglementarea UE 2016/679, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), aplicabil în toate statele membre ale Uniunii Europene.
Datele cu caracter personal, conform definitiei din legislatia europeana (GDPR – Regulamentul 2016/679) înseamna:
orice informatii privind o persoana fizica identificata sau identificabila („persoana vizata”); o persoana fizica identificabila este o persoana care poate fi identificata, direct sau indirect, în special prin referire la un element de identificare, cum ar fi un nume, un numar de identificare, date de localizare, un identificator online, sau la unul sau mai multe elemente specifice, proprii identitatii sale fizice, fiziologice, genetice, psihice, economice, culturale sau sociale;
În acest context, 100 ULIVI prelucreaza date cu caracter personal pentru urmatoarele scopuri principale:
• Pentru a raspunde solicitarilor si intrebarilor dumneavoastra
• Pentru a derula contractale la distanta si a putea gestiona relatia cu clientii
2. Ce categorii de date cu caracter personal prelucram
Colectam datele cu caracter personal direct de la dumneavoastra, astfel încât aveti controlul asupra tipului de informatie pe care ne-o oferiti.
Atunci când plasati o comanda ne furnizati informatii precum: produsul dorit, numele si prenumele, adresa de livrare, numar de telefon, detalii de facturare, metoda de plata, etc.
Nu colectam si nu prelucram în alt mod date sensibile, incluse de Regulamentul general privind protectia datelor în categorii speciale de date cu caracter personal. De asemenea, nu dorim sa colectam sau sa prelucram date ale minorilor care nu au împlinit vârsta de 16 ani.
3. Care sunt scopurile si temeiurile prelucrarii
Avem nevoie de datele dumneavoastra personale pentru a va oferi urmatoarele servicii:
3.1 Comenzi:
• Nume si Prenume – avem nevoie de aceste date pentru livrarea produselor comandate;
• E-mail – adresa de e-mail o folosim pentru a va confirma comanda si pentru a va informa despre stadiul comenzii;
• Numar de telefon – va vom contacta daca apar probleme la livrarea produselor dumneavoastra;
• Adresa de livrare – avem nevoie de aceste date pentru livrarea produselor comandate;
• Adresa de facturare – avem nevoie de aceste date pentru a va emite factura;
• Prelucrarea comenzilor, inclusiv preluarea, validarea, expedierea si facturarea acestora;
• Solutionarea anularilor sau a problemelor de orice natura referitoare la o comanda, la bunurile sau serviciile achizitionate;
• Returnarea produselor conform prevederilor legale;
• Rambursarea contravalorii produselor conform prevederilor legale;
3.2. Suport:
• Nume si Prenume – avem nevoie de aceste date pentru a va identifica;
• E-mail – adresa de e-mail o folosim pentru a comunica cu dumneavoastra pentru a va rezolva problema;
• Numar de telefon – va vom contacta pentru a grabi rezolvarea unei probleme;
Prelucrarea datelor dumneavoastra pentru aceste scopuri este în cele mai multe cazuri necesara pentru încheierea si executarea unui contract între 100 ULIVI si dumneavoastra. De asemenea, anumite prelucrari subsumate acestor scopuri sunt impuse de legislatia aplicabila, inclusiv legislatia fiscala si contabila. Ne întemeiem aceste activitati pe interesul nostru legitim de a desfasura activitati comerciale, având întotdeauna grija ca drepturile si libertatile dumneavoastra fundamentale sa nu fie afectate.
4. Cât timp pastram datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal
Pentru comenzile de pe site-ul www.100ulivi.it, datele dumneavoastra personale, dintre cele care sunt cuprinse în documentele financiar-contabile sau în documente care se anexeaza documentelor financiar-contabile, vor fi pastrate 10 ani conform dispozitiilor art. 38 din Anexa 1 la Ordinul nr. 2634/2015 privind documentele financiar-contabile, emis de Ministerul Finantelor Publice si nu vor fi accesate în niciun alt scop decât scopul legal pentru care sunt arhivate. Dupa 10 ani aceste date vor fi distruse.
5. Cui transmitem datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal
Dupa caz, putem transmite sau oferi acces la anumite date cu caracter personal ale dumneavoastra urmatoarelor categorii de destinatari:
• Firmele de curierat care asigura expeditia produselor comandate
• Procesatorul de plata online cu cardul.
• Firma de contabilitate care proceseaza si înregistreaza facturile.
În cazul în care ne revine o obligatie legala sau daca este necesar pentru a ne apara un interes legitim, putem de asemenea divulga anumite date cu caracter personal unor autoritati publice.
6. În ce tari transferam datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal
În prezent, stocam si prelucram datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal pe teritoriul României.
7.Cum protejam securitatea datelor dumneavoastra cu caracter personal
Ne luam toate masurile si ne angajam sa asiguram securitatea datelor cu caracter personal.Pentru efectuarea platilor folosim serviciile criptate unui procesator de plati. Orice informatii privitoare la plati sunt criptate, folosind tehnologia HTTPS.
Mentionam ca in ciuda masurilor luate pentru a proteja datele dumneavoastra cu caracter personal, transmiterea informatiilor prin Internet, în general, sau prin intermediul altor retele publice, nu este complet sigura, existând riscul ca datele sa fie vazute si utilizate de catre terte parti neautorizate. Nu putem fi responsabili pentru astfel de vulnerabilitati ale unor sisteme care nu sunt sub controlul nostru.
8. Drepturile dumneavoastra referitoare la datele cu caracter personal
Conform legislatiei de protectie a datelor aplicabile în Uniunea Europeana, persoanele vizate trebuie sa aiba dreptul de a accesa datele, de rectificare, de stergere, de restrictionare a prelucrarii, de formulare a unor obiectii cu privire la prelucrare, precum si dreptul la portabilitatea datelor. În cazul în care prelucrarea are la baza consimtamântul acordat, aveti dreptul de a retrage consimtamântul în orice moment.
Pentru exercitarea acestor drepturi, puteti trimite o cerere scrisa, datata si semnata, la sediul social al S.C. 100 ULIVI S.R.L. din Bucuresti Sectorul 3, Strada Liviu Rebreanu, Nr. 48-59, CAM I, Ap. 63 sau prin e-mail la adresa office@100ulivi.it
De asemenea, aveti dreptul de a depune o plângere la o autoritate de supraveghere competenta. Fara a va afecta acest drept al dumneavoastra de a contacta în orice moment autoritatea de supraveghere, va recomandam sa ne contactati în prealabil, cu promisiunea depunerii tuturor eforturilor necesare pentru a rezolva orice problema pe cale amiabila.
Reamintim faptul ca puteti contacta în orice moment Responsabilul 100 ULIVI cu protectia datelor prin transmiterea solicitarii dumneavoastra prin oricare dintre urmatoarele modalitati:
